Limited Use

You may download the software templates (the “Software”), make archival copies, and customize the Software only for your personal use and not for commercial use, resale or public sharing. The Software and any file, document, or other work including or derived from the Software may NOT be sold, distributed, published to an online gallery, hosted on a website, or placed on any server without the express written permission of Investing Easy.

You may not remove or alter any logo, trademark, copyright, disclaimer, brand, hyperlink, terms of use, attribution, or other proprietary notices or marks within this template.

We define “Commercial use” as any use in which a corporation or business or commercial entity derives or attempts to derive monetary gain and benefit, either directly or indirectly, from the use of the Software. This includes Government and Military entities, corporations, LLCs, sole-proprietorships, home-based businesses, and internet-based businesses. We define “Personal use” as non-Commercial use by you, on your personal computer.
